Apparently the Facebook Fan Check is a new Virus that's spreading like wildfire through the community but as yet, doesn't seem to be much evidence to support this claim. It looks as though the application is working fine this morning.

Top Fans are being tagged and seem to be appearing in the right hand side bar. This could be a sign that the application is working or the virus is spreading. Bookmark this page for further updates.

If you receive a Facebook message with the subject line “CoooL Video”, do not follow the link. It's a new Scam which causes an Infected users account to send out the same Facebook message to their Friends List. Clicking on the link in the message will then cause your Computer to be Infected with a nasty dose of Malware which may cause some undesirable effects.

The Link will probably be to a BlogSpot Location and anyone who has already used the link is advised to give their computer a clean, run the virus software and change their Facebook Password.

Could this be a Fight back at Twitter? or is it Just to help those who would like to use Facebook but don't have access to High Speed Broadband?

Where can I Find this New Facebook Lite Platform? Well...
